Ladies: Help J Lascek Refine Programming For Female Lifters

Howdy everybody.

Justin Lascek (proprietor of 70sbig, author of "The Texas Method" e-book and co-author of "Fit", a real book) is a big believer getting more women into strength training.

So much so, he wants to ask you about your personal experiences and lifting history to gather anecdotal data to help develop informed programming targeting female lifters. He wants to know your 1RMs, 5RMs, current program, etc

I saw this yesterday and I would love to contribute. However, he is asking for some very detailed information that despite my record keeping I don't think I can provide. I would actually have to go in and test myself for all these maxes in order to contribute and feel good about my data. I'm not sure if I'm going to do it or not.

If I actually knew what any of my current rep maxes were, I'd definitely go help Justin out. 70's big is one of my favorite lifting blogs.

I love his blog too, but I think I'm a bit too beginner to be of much help at the moment.
