Complexs with SL5x5

Hi All

What do you think about doing complexes like the Cosgrove Evil Eight in conjunction with SL?  I am 6 weeks in to SL and my primary goal at this time is fat loss.

I could do them straight after a workout (although I am pretty knackered by then) or on my off days.

Any thoughts?

You can do them, for sure.  Same day as your session, and do them lighter than you normally would if you were rested.  If you're comfortable with 95, do 65 lbs, that sort of thing.  The point is more to get your heart moving, so the weight on the bar doesn't matter much.

I used to do them, but once the 5x5 got heavy (to me) I just hadn't the energy left, lol
