Knee Sleeve Size Help!

Recommended Posts

Looking to buy the blue rehband knee sleeves and there is a lot of reviews and discussions about ordering a size smaller than the size chart recommends.

My knee size is 36cm which is at the higher end of medium and the start of large so my thinking was to get the mediums as the small is rated for 30 to 33cm.

I know quite a few people have the blue rehbands.

What is your experience/advice?

Go with small.

My knee size is 39, went with medium and it's perfect.

Also you might want to check out the titan knee sleeves, they are exactly the same as rehband, but different color and 20$ cheaper

Here's my previous review on them. http://ironstrong.org/index.php?/topic/2264-review-rehband-vs-titan-knee-sleeves/

I personally measured in at the top end of Large. Got the Large and it fits pretty snug. I like it a lot.

I would recommend you get the Mediums. Unless you plan to get a whole lot bigger in the foreseeable future. In which case I would wait on them.

I was in the bottom end of XL, still ordered XL and wouldn't want them any tighter. Cheaters.

Thanks for the feedback guys.

@Whiteboii I live in the UK and there are not too many retailers that do the titan sleeves.

After having a good look round the rehbands are only £8 more than the titans due to postage charges.

So I will probably go for the medium rehbands.
