I love a good stew, but it's better if you put a pastry hat on it and mop up the gravy with a freshly baked bread roll.

Well I broke my fast at noon with a bowl of chili con carne - homemade of course. Maniacs who make it prepackaged like to put fucking sugar in everything which is janky. Tomatoes are sweet enough especially when you use red onions as well like I do (and butter lol).

Too right.  I fucking love carbs.

I love stews too, I just think they need a hat.

I'm evil. I had home made Pizza and Ben and Jerry's peanut butter cup ice cream for dinner and I'm 15% body fat. Definitely evil.

I didn't eat till about 1 today and had what was called a "Clint Eastwood" at a local deli up by my bf. It was a hot sandwich with turkey, melted cheddar, and bacon on a roll. I also added lettuce and tomato. Was so good it was retarded.

That does sound retardedly good, Mike.  I'm going to replicate next week for lunch.

This mornings breakfast was 75g of 50% fruit muesli, 125ml mik, 100g gammon and 0% fat blue berry yogurt.  Strong black French filter coffee.  Might need to eat more...

Dunno.  My TDEE is way above what the calculators say it should be and I sit behind a desk all day.  I maintain at 3050 kcals a day and the calculators would put me at circa 2650 maintenance.  It could always be the running around after my one and five year old kids and nothing to do with lifting whatsoever...

My lifts aren't that special at the moment.  Intensity is pretty high though.  The majority (85 / 90%) of what I eat is homemade non processed foods and I eat a load of veg.  Actually, 95% is probably homemade including the bread.
