Nothing as I am doing intermittent fasting right now so fast from 8pm until 12 noon.

I am also on a ketogenic diet so when I am not fasting I would normally have two thick slices of bacon and two large eggs fried up each morning.

I don't eat breakfast for the same reasons as Leon. A cup of black coffee with a dash of double cream or coconut oil is my staple.

Haven't felt like eating in the morning so just coffee. By 11 I usually eat though.

Haven't ate breakfast in about 8 months.. But if I did I would probably make myself some an omelet/scrambled eggs, beef/chicken and some green beans. That's pretty much typical meal for me. Plus some rice, but I don't think I would like to eat rice in the morning =/

I don't eat breakfast as I do intermittent fasting, but if the first meal of the day counts as breakfast, I guess it's six hotdogs and some fanta at midday.

For cultural breakfast, coffee and BCAAs (separately).  I too am of the 2012 fasting crowd.

For technical breakfast during the weekdays (which happens around 1-2 pm), a protein shake and some popcorn.  Usually on the weekends I'll fast until dinner... er, late breakfast.

yes, the first meal is breakfast, regardless of time, I mean think about it, you do 'intermitent fasting' and breakfast is 'breaking your fast' (we all fast nightly, technicaly) so breakfast = breaking your fast, no matter at what time of day, it's right there in the name of the meal :D
