I'm cutting at the moment. I may give it a go on Saturday just to see what I can put up.

Nice clean 1000lb total there, fudley.

Missed a 350 squat and "bridged" a 250 bench; wanted 1050. Still, after the dead and bench, 325 squat picked itself ;)

Great work guys. Peacad, the DL video is actually your bench video again. You really buried that squat though, nice.

I put all the lifts into one video.

Wasn't keen on doing this after doing bugger-all squat training of late and having injured my shoulder pretty badly last week doing just a 105 bench, but temptation got the better of me at the last minute:

Name-------- Age- BW(kg)--- Squat-- Bench-- Deadlift- Total(kg)- Wilks

JohnR------- 63-- -91.3---- 160.0-- 120.0-- 205.0---- -485.0---- 307.40

Was surprised my squat was only about 10kg down from where it'd probably be if I'd been training decently.

Umm, don't tell anyone that I did a bench press ... I'm resting it up for a week to give my shoulder a chance to improve.

Videos when YouTube has finished uploading them.

Edit: Videos added

Bodyweight (subtract 600g from scale weight because I'm holding the video camera):

Squat (20kg bar, 3x20 + 1x10 plate side = 160kg)

Bench (17.5kg bar, 1x20 + 1x15 + 1x10 + 1x5 + 1x1.25 per side = 120kg)

Deadlift (17.5kg bar, 4x20 + 1x10 + 1x2.5 +1x1.25 per side = 205kg)

If you sort the rankings by weight, I'm number 1! Who wants to beat me with that? All you gotta do is eat a whole lot more.... Oh, and it does negatively affect your wilks score.

That's OK. I guess I'll come down where the rest of you are.

If you can do that, then I'll settle for sorting the rankings by Wilks age-adjusted score

Your age adjusted score is just sick. How does the age adjusted score work? Other than "if username=JohnR score += 100"...

Just curious when the age adjustments start kicking in and how they are calculated for real.

If you go by raw total, I came in at #3, so my weight definitely impacts my wilks score. Hopefully next time around I'll have that fixed.
