Yes.

You don't need to perform all the lifts in a single day. They just have to be posted by the 20th.

I'll be entering some lifts to give a total, I wont be maxing out on Squats or Deadlifts, I'll just be entering my current working weights. I don't train Bench anymore but recorded a set this morning.

Where do we post our entries? In this thread? Or do we create a thread like the previous comp?

My two cents would be to create separate threads like we did last Fall. It could get pretty crazy with everyone posting results in one thread...

Also, we will only be scrutinizing the form of the top three finishers.

And, we'll be using JohnR's wilks table to track everyone's totals. More details to come.

I should add. If you plan to spread out your lifts over the week, wait until you have completed all three. Then post them here as a single post.

I may do this, but I'm peaking for a meet 9 June, so I'll just be posting my working weights. The no wraps rule is all wraps or knee wraps? I think every federation allows wrist wraps in RAW competition.

Yeah, wrist supports. Quite a few wear them for deadlifting.

Not straps, wraps.

Mostly used with bench and some use it for squats. I've never seen anyone use wrist wraps to DL, but I'm still sort of new to the game.

A tightly worn wrap can help with grip.

Grip is not a limiting factor for me. But that's good to know in the event that it ever does become an issue. Thanks!

You sure can. No limit to the number of attempts (as that would be impossible to monitor anyway).

Camera logistics issues may prevent me from participating this time... But will definitely do it later this year (home gym should be complete enough)

Ok, I'll get the party started :)

As already stated I haven't maxed out Squats and Deadlifts, just used my current working weights. I don't train Bench any more so threw in some singles to take part in the comp.

So something for people to aim at or beat:

Bodyweight: 118kg / 262lb

Squat: 180kg / 396lb

Bench: 155kg / 341lb

Deadlift: 220kg / 485lb

Total: 555kg / 1222lb

Wilks: 319.443

Saw your squat in the PR thread, well done mate! :)

No maxes, although I failed a 160kg Bench after the 155kg.

Maybe I'll max out properly for the next IS comp.
