Squat: 166kg x3 and 168.5kg x2 in the same session and both PR's

Bench: 112.5kg x2, 115kg x1 and 117.5kg x1 in the same session.

All at 80kg BW

Did a rep PR on hammer grip pull ups.

18 reps @ 95kg bw

Not perfect technique in the vid. When I do them strict I can do 10-12.

Oooh... want to increase pull ups. Join the pull up challenge :P
