I can (finally) do 20 pushups as of today! Scratch that goal off the list!

I remember reading many times over that, if you can do 15-20, you should switch to dips... so I went to the garage, attached the dip bars (that have been gathering dust) and managed TWO dips!

Best of all - I have no pain in my shoulders or elbows, which bothered me from years.

So in <6 months, I've been able to get to 5 chins, 2 pull ups and now 20 push ups and dips. I've been quite literally dreaming about being able to do all these things for years. Now that I can do them (and be pain free), I have something to build on/improve
