Or are you taking special precautions (a la Konstantine Konstantinov) so you are absolutely sure your lower back stays in place?

This seems interesting, could I read about this somewhere?

Press: 50kg

Clean: 55kg

Bench: 72,5kg

Squat: 130kg

Deadlift: 150kg

Back squat : 225 lbs for 2 singles & 155 lbs x 21

Don't often post in here, but to break the 500lb barrier off the floor (don't care that it was a trap bar deadlift) is my best achievement to date, especially as I had a 5 rep PR before it as well

1RM PRs:

Low Back SQ:305lbs

DL:315lbs

BP: 255lbs

Press: 125lbs

Cleans: 135lbs

@196lbs 16%
