  1. Hello everyone, first post here I've just started the SL Begginer Program and was curious about doing cardio. Should i do the cardio before or after the workout? Any idea if it has impact on gaining strength and muscle? Thnx
  2. I wanted to ask some opinions on incorporating cardio into your weekly training. I've come across so much conflicting information online it's enough to make my head spin. Some people say you should completely abstain from any cardio if you are looking to build muscle, while others recommend it in moderation, then you have the other end of the scale recommending double cardio to burn fat... I stopped running 2 weeks ago when I started SL and I'm starting to miss it a bit but don't particularly want to start it up again if it's going to have a detrimental effect. Is all cardio bad when strength training? If it's not, what about the frequency and type of cardio?
