  1. Leg exercises

bulgarian split squats with dumbbells. Should be a while before you max out
  2. Found this article to be fairly comprehensive and supported by literature. http://www.muscleforlife.com/healthy-meal-planning-tips/
  3. you're right. pure guess on my part, based on myself. So about 40 g + a bit more since there are issues of satiety in play as well as leaving room to cut 10-15g in the future.
  4. that's too low for fat. you need fat for healthy metabolism and long term satiety. i wouldn't go much under 50g fat, really 60g. you should be able to lose weight fine by adjusting the other macros.
  5. I'm not sure if i might be misunderstanding, sorry if I am. If you are eating 1600+300-400, that's 1900-2000 calories. Whether you eat it in the middle of the night or not doesn't matter. So if you're ok with eating 1900 calories, then just do it during the day so you're not hungry at night. Try 165g protein 150g carbs 70g fat You'll lose over 2lbs of fat a week on that at your body weight if you strength train and you shouldn't be hungry at night. Good luck!
  6. do you track macros? for me, i've had the most consistent success when tracking macros. if you decide to go that route, you can start with a moderate ratio: 200g protein, 200g carbs, 100g fat and see how that goes for 2 weeks then adjust.
  7. Some High Protein Food Options

well, i got in the email, and I'll tell you, it tastes terrible !! couldn't finish the bag... though my wife and kid liked it. have you tried Lowery's? do you like yours better?
  8. Some High Protein Food Options

thanks man. found some on amazon with free shipping by lowery's
  9. I find one of the best cleansing agent to be frosted mini wheats. A large bowl will cleanse you out for a couple of days.
  10. The Effect Of Size Vs Strength

the other thing that's interesting about this graph (if formula is true) is that if you're a certain size and fall below the curve, it means you're likely a lazy ass and haven't worked hard enough to achieve "average potential." Could be enlightening when evaluating certain lifts you might be avoiding.
  11. The Juggernaut Method

thinking about running jm1 again vs. buying the cube
  12. The Juggernaut Method

what's the deal with Juggernaut 2.0?
    1. Maslow

I guess this stuff makes sense but eating is a cultural/social thing too. I don't see myself ever sitting down at a table with people and not eating when they are.

  13. http://articles.elit...or-muscle-gain/ Looks good. No breakdown of what medium fat and low fat macros are though.
