      yeah, I was going to say to shovel snow at "prowler speed and intensity" for an hour would require more property than most people have. I was going to say that, but I decided not to.

    Since there's been a bit of conversation about program issues recently, I thought I'd link to Tony Gentilcore's most recent posting: http://www.tonygentilcore.com/blog/programming-tips-for-upcoming-trainers/ This might have the most impact on beginners, but I think we intermediates can benefit from a few of the thoughts he puts forward.

    Weight training = a randy Buffalo! Seriously, from both a physiological and psychological perspective, working with weights has increased my libido - especially on training days. However, YMMV...
