  2. Squat: What should I be thinking about?

    What should I be thinking about to control the buttwink besides bracing and keeping my chest up?
  3. I am working on fixing on the squat technique. I have improved my butt wink but one thing I struggle with is that I don't even feel it happen when it does. What should I be thinking about (I guess cues) near the bottom to prevent this in addition to improving back strength and hip flexibility?
  4. Hi all, I got to lose major poundage and I find that in order to accomplish this, I have to track everything meticulously. What tools do you use, if any, to track nutrition type stuff.
  5. I try to do it either after or on off days. Although never is often how i feel.
