From that, I am mixing and matching the A and B programs. A program for upper body lifts:8x2-8x3 and 3x6-3x7. B program for lower:5x1-8x1 and 6x3-6x5. The sets and reps are followed exactly as they are presented in the book. 1 day on, 1 day off. Bench A/Squat B OHP A/Deadlift B Current pr's: Squat 405 Bench 325 Dead 500 OHP 230 We'll see how it goes.
