The first ever to squat 1000 pounds!
Keep in mind that it was almost raw as you can't call this a suit! It was more like an elastic singlet!

haha - that tractor guy - called Jaakko Pessinen - is over 50 in many of the videos 46 in the tractor one. There are other vids him doing crazy shit

In 1999 he challenged Finland's most strongest men's to somekind of competition because no one didnt believe that so small man could have so much power. So they made a contest where they had a 180kilo sack of sand on they're shoulders and winner is the guy who could walk longest. Pessinen went for 266meters and the next guy went 160meters. After that everybody started to doubt that it was just cause they're cardio wasnt so good that they couldnt get so far away, so Pessinen said that they could do the same with 250kilos, but no one accepted it. At somepoint some fancy circus etc. wanted him to come to Las Vegas to make some money, but the guy didnt want to miss he's work so he didnt go.

The guy has never went to gym, just been working as a lumberjack for like since he was 9. Never been sick or never has missed a day from work.

here he carries logs - hahaha

What kind of bar is that?

A normal barbell, probably Eleiko or something.

Max uses straps on the bar because it spares his wrists. He has had some extensive surgeries on both wrists.

Also +1 to Ian Wilson vids.

at the very end of the video, when he drops the bar, it looks like there are handles sticking out of the bar.

^^ sheisser - that's a lot of weight! Not sure if 4 or 5 plates - but that's what I am aiming for - MONSTER dips. I am just going to keep adding to my dips until I get there...even now with just a 25plate on a chain I see people stopping and looking - not many people do weighted dips in my gym....
