I planned to enter this comp, but forgot to upload my photo.
That said, I know I'm down a fair few kilos as of late, so I'm pretty happy. I feel a lot lighter on my feet, which is a great thing. One thing I've noticed though, as someone who usually avoids bread, is that having sandwiches leads to a lot of bloating (due in part to my gluten intolerance, no doubt) as well as a huge spike in weight. I 'gained' 2 kilos overnight from what I can only assume was due to eating the bread and the carbs taking on water weight, or some crap like that.
Maybe that may explain your conundrum, Berin?
