I planned to enter this comp, but forgot to upload my photo.

Snap!

That said, I know I'm down a fair few kilos as of late, so I'm pretty happy. I feel a lot lighter on my feet, which is a great thing. One thing I've noticed though, as someone who usually avoids bread, is that having sandwiches leads to a lot of bloating (due in part to my gluten intolerance, no doubt) as well as a huge spike in weight. I 'gained' 2 kilos overnight from what I can only assume was due to eating the bread and the carbs taking on water weight, or some crap like that.

Maybe that may explain your conundrum, Berin?

I wish I could gain 4lbs from a sandwich...

I'm up 4lbs though. It's tough.

Using yesterday's stats...
* My waist is down 10 cm (almost 4 inches)
* BW down 6.3 kg / 13.8 lbs
* BF down 6% (... in 60 days!)
* According to calculations, LBM is roughly the same.
* Strength has varied. Squat/deadlift are ok but upper body lifts are doing well, which is more important as it's what I needed to improve the most. I've hit all my training goals so far.

For the closing photos, I reckon we should come up with something as unique as the 'socks'.

I think I definitely need one of those. I suck at 90 day transformations. In fact, I can only lose weight when I'm not competing for it.

Nice work Ben, my progress is roughly the same. Though I don't know about body fat, I am down from a 38 inch waist to a 34, and 12.5 lbs lost.

I'm starting Madcow with the commensurate increase in food intake this week, so my results are likely to be blubber-tastic. That's if I manage to overcome my lifetime of habitual undereating and the lack of funds to buy more food! Where there's a Mark there's a way.

Sounds like Bill and Ben and romping away with it so far :)

I may have back slide just a little over the last week or so. Bought a new house and working there caused me to eat not so good for me stuff. I am weighing myself again this Friday so we shall see.

I think LSG is the one to watch out for...

I've seen sick the last 4-5 days, was away visiting friends (eating "normal" food), likely have a long biz trip ahead of me in 1-2 weeks and have these wicked mouth ulcers that make eating & drinking painful (currently experiencing nerve pain on the whole right side of my face). Dammit

Contest is still wide open. 20 days left!

Progress so far...

I'm a bit disappointed to be honest. There's definitely change but I can't believe that this is 20 pounds of change. At this rate it'll be at least another 20 pounds to just not be a fatass. Was hoping I could pull that off at 200+... All this time I thought I was at least a sort of big dude in a fat guys body. Turns out I'm a small guy in a fat guys body. That's pretty depressing, haha...

Good stuff Adam!

Must are surprised as how much they need to lose.

200lb in shape is actually quite a big deal, especially so in the world of bodybuilding.

Just keep plugging away mate! :)

That's noticeable progress, Adam -- and really, you've only started to really melt away body weight in the past week. If that trend continues, you'll be less than fat in no time at all.

Simon, it looks like you have wings! Dat lats...

Adam - you've got two weeks left. Don't give up yet - keep at it!

With this challenge, what should we be judged on? Our final appearence or the relative change we've produced? I believe it's the latter.

The IronStrong 90 Day Transformation challenge is a competition designed to see who can make the most dramatic improvement in body composition over the course of 90 days

Thanks buddy, yeah it is definitely surprising, I thought losing 30 pounds would be a very significant change but it doesn't appear so!

You are looking beastly man, would be surprised if you didn't win this one!!

Had a big carb up on friday, must of hit a good 5000+ cals

Woke up only 2lbs heavier.
