MikeDI had coconut water with me along with all that ^ If you're planning on cutting weight, start rehydrating/eating again very slowly after...it might, uh, go right through you if it's too fast.

The second vote took way too long. Polls are open until the end of the month. Starting in April we'll be looking to actually using our new identity.

Bad cold lately. This 3F (-16C) weather isn't helping. Hard to get motivated to lift in a garage gym that cold.
