From what I've read John Broz ideally would like his athletes to workout twice a day everyday. One AM session for about an hour and a PM session for 3 hours plus. So whatever he did I'm sure he put a lot of hours and effort to achieve it. Also worth mentioning he's only 19.

This video was posted in the 5/3/1 group on facebook. Everything about him being a "douche" for not wearing a shirt and pants because of skinny legs etc was already posted there. So hopefully we can avoid that here.

I think he's pretty awesome and I'd be stoked to be able to do 1/4 of the things he does.

I think he's pretty awesome and I'd be stoked to be able to do 1/4 of the things he does.
